Built in 1897, the Sibley Triangle Building is a five-story, flat-iron, Italian Renaissance limestone brick building with marble trim on the first two stories. It was designed J. Foster Warner for Hiram W. Sibley, a son of Hiram Sibley. The "K of C" cornerstone in the middle represents the "Knights of Columbus" organization. Painted on the building to the left, is an advertisement for The Cutler Company, known for their patented mail chute.
